The Trust, a PhD, an ex-professor, a mom of two, a friend of many awesome people, and a former wannabe rockstar.
This is a personal site, where I share ideas and hunches while they’re still forming. My hope is that my little half-ideas can find life out there by combining with yours. I write about leadership, organizational culture, psychology, design, innovation, and the social context of the creative process – and maybe some day help each other create world-changing solutions to meaningful problems big or small.
